Checkurself is an NHS service offering chlamydia screening to men and women under 25 years old living in London. Because we are part of the NHS, your kit and any treatment you may need will be completely FREE. You don't even have to pay to post your sample back to us.

Who can take the test?

To request a Checkurself chlamydia postal kit you must be:

  • aged 24 or under
  • living in London - to check whether you do, go to our contact page
  • not have any symptoms

You can only request a chlamydia screening postal kit for yourself.
